Severe weather conditions in some parts of the country may cause disruption to our delivery service. We'll try get your order to you as soon as possible, and we're sorry for any inconvenience caused.

How Will My Order Be Delivered?

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Once our chandeliers are complete, and for all other purchases (in-stock), delivery should arrive next working day via our courier service. Alternatively, we can arrange for delivery on a later date more suitable to you.

Most of our crystal chandeliers are hand-made to order. The number of business days it takes for an order to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse varies depending on different factors. Number of chandeliers, size of chandelier(s) and number of crystals used should be taken into account. When your order is placed, an estimate time will be given. However please allow an average of 1 week for this period. If your item(s) are complete sooner than the estimated time, you shall be contacted to proceed with delivery, however in the unlikely event it will take longer you will be notified of this immediately.

Delivery Arrangements

Standard delivery is FREE on all orders over £100 from Azad Electricals, from orders made either in our shops or online. This is subject to availability, and does not include premium delivery services.
It's also FREE for orders of any value, on any order if you opt to collect from our shop.
For standard next working day delivery on orders under £100 there will be a £6.99 delivery charge. For outside UK mainland & International Delivery please contact us.
Delivery to UK mainland addresses, Monday to Friday 8am - 6.30pm, excluding public holidays. Order by 1pm previous working day for next working day delivery.
