Do not remove STRASS® crystals from the chandelier.

Special surface refining makes STRASS® Swarovski® Crystal extremely smooth and thus largely dust repellent and moisture resistant. This special finish is what makes cleaning them simple and straightforward. It is sufficient to occasionally lightly clean the STRASS® crystals to maintain their full reflectivity in the long term. The cleaning technique required is a simple process as no special precautions are necessary.

The use of cotton gloves prevents fingerprints on the crystal. Wipe off a light layer of dust with a clean, dry, antistatic cloth. For heavier impurities use lukewarm water mixed with a little dishwashing liquid and a clean micro fiber or a thin, lint-free cotton cloth. After wringing this cloth out as thoroughly as possible, gently wipe each individual STRASS® crystal with it. Then, dry with a clean cloth. Use only cleansers that will not damage the surrounding materials. When cleaning and wiping please pay close attention that the crystal’s mount or pinning is not accidentally opened.
