Change or cancel an order
If you wish to change or cancel an order contact our Customer Service team on 020-8552-1476 any time between 10am and 5pm, Mon - Fri. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand.
Please note that you can amend or cancel your orders any time up to 11am on the day before the scheduled delivery date you requested (Friday for Monday delivery). If your products have already been despatched / delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.
Returns procedure
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any item, and wish to return it, we will be happy to refund or exchange the product; provided it is returned in the same condition as it was sold.
For returns:
- Via cCourier collection - please follow steps 1 - 4 below. We will arrange for the courier to collect the product you wish to return from you - FREE of charge. **
Please have the package ready to collect by the agreed collection date.
- Via Azad Electricals shop - please follow steps 1, 2, and 4. Simply take the invoice and the product you wish to return or exchange to the shop (within 14 days) of receipt and tell the sales assistant you bought it online.
1. Notify Azad Electricals-
You must notify Azad Electricals in writing within 7 days of receiving your item, informing us of your wish to return your purchase, with an invoice number. Any claim for a return after seven days will not be accepted. Please state the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement.
2. Apply for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) -
Once authorisation of the goods to be returned is confirmed, a RAN will be issued. A RAN is valid for 10days only. No goods will be accepted for credit without a RAN.
3. Arrange a collection -
Within the 10day validity of your RAN, a collection date must be arranged with Azad Electricals.
4. Pack appropriately -
The returned goods should be carefully packed in their original packaging, to minimise, risk of damage in transit.Should they arrive in a damaged condition through being inadequately packed, they will be returned to the customer and carriage will be charged. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging and in the same condition as it was sold, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us.
** When a product is simply unwanted for any reason, original and returns delivery charge will be charged, plus 25% restocking charge.
