We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is returned in the same condition as it was sold.
Azad Electricals should be notified and a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) should be applied for within 14 days of receipt of delivery
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging and in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Products we are unable to refund or exchange
Once arrangements for any Bespoke products have been confirmed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on these personalised orders. It is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price, as they are by their nature, custom made individual items. This also includes non-stock items (unless faulty).
We will refund your original delivery charge, and will not charge for returns if the reason for return falls into the following categories:
• Non-conformity of the goods delivered to the goods ordered
• Duplicate order sent by Azad Electricals
• Goods damaged in transit
• Clearly defined visible manufacturing defect
Only after the above categories have been verified by Azad Electricals, will the buyer be entitled to a full credit to his/her credit card.
When a product is simply unwanted for any reason, returns delivery charge will be charged (minimum £15 - depending on weight and volume), plus any optional Premium Delivery Service charge paid.
Alleged faulty goods found to be not faulty will be returned to the customer and carriage will be charged. If the customer objects to this, the matter will be passed to the Group Quality Manager. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item.
If the procedures are not followed and goods are received without a RAN, they will be returned to the customer and carriage will be charged.
Please note that any goods accepted for credit is at the discretion of our Customer Services Department and their decision is final.

Change or Cancel an Order
If you wish to change or cancel an order contact our Customer Service team on firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and date the order was placed. Please note that you can amend or cancel your orders any time up to 11am on the day before the scheduled delivery date - if requested (Friday for Monday delivery). If your products have already been despatched / delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any item, and wish to return it, we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or exchange the product; provided it is returned in the same condition as it was sold, ie, sale-able condition, unused, unmodified in original packaging and box. For returns via:
Courier Collection - please follow steps 1 - 4 below. We will arrange for the courier to collect the product you wish to return from you. Please have the package ready to collect by the agreed collection date.
Shop - please follow steps 1, 2, and 4. Simply take the invoice and the product you wish to return or exchange to the shop (within 14 days of receiving the RAN) and tell the sales assistant you bought it online.
Post - You may use post or any other method to send the goods to us at your expense and risk
Bespoke Products: Any product that is classified as bespoke will waive any right to return as the product would have been made specially for you.
This returns provision does not affect your statutory rights.
You must notify Azad Electricals in writing within 14 days of receiving your item, informing us of your wish to return your purchase, quoting the order/invoice number. Any claim for a return after 14 days will not be accepted. Please state the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement.
Apply for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN)
Once authorisation of the goods to be returned is confirmed, a RAN will be issued. A RAN is valid for 14 days. No goods will be accepted for credit without a RAN.
Arrange a collection
Within the validity of your RAN, the collection must be made from you by Azad Electricals or its representative.
The returned goods should be carefully packed in their original packaging to minimise risk of damage in transit. Should they arrive in a damaged condition through being inadequately packed, they will be returned to the customer and carriage will be charged. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging and in the same condition as it was sold, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. * When a product is simply unwanted for any reason, the returns delivery charge and any applied optional premium delivery service charge will be deducted from the refund.
